APPROVAL OF THE NOVEMBER 21, 1995 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA <br /> 13 Motion by Franzese, second by Makowske, to approve the Planning Commission Agenda <br /> 14 for November 21, 1995 as presented. <br /> IR5 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 IV.
