Staff has received a few calls from the business community stating their opposition to the <br /> Solid Rock Church locating in Apache Plaza. There have also been a few calls from <br /> residents that support the granting of a conditional use permit to the Church. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Based on the City Attorney's findings and reservations, Staff recommends that the <br /> Planning Commission deny the application for a conditional use permit. <br /> 12/19PCSTF.RPT <br />
