We will need to be provided with information regarding the title <br /> to all of the property included in the plat and all of the property which will be <br /> subject to the reciprocal easement agreement and the Pond Maintenance <br /> Agreement. If the owner or owners have reasonably current title insurance policies, <br /> copies of the title insurance policy or policies would suffice. <br /> 12. City Expenses.
