e. Cub Food Signs. There was alot of discussion about the size and <br /> appearance of the proposed Cub Food signs because they were not <br /> included in the proposed sign package. The Commissioners would <br /> like to see what they will look like and the proposed size. Again, <br /> there was concern that they may be too large for the area. The signs <br /> they would like the dimensions of include wall signs, ground signs, <br /> and the pylon sign. <br /> f. Pylon Signs. Is the existing one going to be removed? Is the new <br /> pylon sign being placed where the existing one is currently? Is the <br /> Cub Foods sign as described in the submitted Comprehensive Sign <br /> Plan a pylon or ground sign? <br /> g. Variance. Commissioner Gondorchin suggested that this be a setback <br /> variance for the sideyard rather than a "0-lot line" variance. <br /> h. Center's Name. Is the name for the plat to be Silver Lake Center or <br /> Apache Plaza? This decision will need to be made before the <br /> Planning Commission holds the public hearing for the subdivision of <br /> land on 1-30-96. <br />
