STAFF REPORT <br /> DATE: April 15, 1997 <br /> TO: Planning Commission <br /> FROM: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant Ili <br /> ITEM: April 29th Schedule for Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> Advisory Committee <br /> As the-City Manager indicated at the March 26th Comprehensive Plan Update Advisory . <br /> Committee meeting, the City will be having a public informational meeting on the City's <br /> proposed Storm Water Management Plan on April 29th at 7:00 p.m. Because the <br /> informational meeting is germane to updating the Comprehensive Plan, he suggested that <br /> the Advisory Committee meet the same night. The following is_a schedule for the <br /> evening: <br /> 7:00 - 7:30 -- Council Chambers <br /> Proposed Storm Water Management Plan presentation. <br /> 7:30 - 9:00 — Multi-purpose Room (across the lobby from,Council Chambers) <br /> Comprehensive Plan Update Advisory Committee .Meeting. <br /> 7:30 - 8:00 Dan Solar, Ramsey County <br /> 8:00 - 8:30 Jay Scott, OPUS — Developer for Apache Plaza <br /> 8:30 - 9:00 Parks and Housing -- BRW <br /> An-agenda and-other meeting materials will be mailed- prior to this meeting. <br />
