Kuharski requested that a copy of the sign-in sheet be
attached to the minutes. Lohmar also asked that the April 22, 1992 article
published in the Northeaster regarding St. Anthony's flood situation be noted in the
minutes.
III. I. and J. He insisted that the flooding of St. Anthony is a
community problem. He stated that he wanted the whole agenda thrown out
except for item III -- Election of Chair; he would like to see item IV — Develop
Recommendation to Council Regarding Short-Term Actions expanded; and leave
VII for next week. Kuharski also objected to the word "address" in VII G of the
agenda. He stated he wants to solve problems, not address them.
Jacobs agreed; he stated he was involved to get results.
Motion by Kuharski, second by Kozarek to change "address" to "resolve".
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Kuharski, second by Faust to open the floor to nominations for chair.
Motion carried unanimously.
Kuharski proposed that this be a co-chair and that he would like to see that a female
member and a male member be elected as co-chairs.
