The provisions of this Section do not apply to fences, sign or poles <br /> or emergency work, or to the following items if approved before the effective date of this <br /> Section: <br /> (a) Fences, <br /> fbj(a) sign or poles or elnergency work- <br /> Any part of a subdivision approved by the City Council before the effective date <br /> of this Section. <br /> (e) ) Any land disturbing activity for which plans have been approved by the watershed <br /> management organization. <br /> f d)'J A lot for which a building permit has been approved.. <br /> fej( Building permits issued in the R-1,R-lA, or R-2 Zoning District.
