REPORTS. <br /> 27 A. An Appreciation Plaque will be presented to George Wagner. <br /> 28 Ranallo presented an Appreciation Plaque to George Wagner for his service on the Planning <br /> 29 Commission. He added Mr. Wagner has served on the City Council, Planning Commission, and <br /> 30 most recently the Parks Commission. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 B. . Richard Krier. RLK Kuusisto Ltd, will present a proposal for a land use plan. <br /> 33 Ranallo introduced Mr. Richard Krier, RLK Kuusisto Ltd., who has worked with the City on <br /> 34 various planning projects in the past and is currently assisting the City with redevelopment plans <br /> 35 for St. Anthony Shopping Center. Ranallo invited Mr. Krier to address the Council. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Mr. Krier presented a land use plan for the Council's approval which represents an extension of <br /> 38 his contract with the City. He added that this plan will encompass a series of activities to include <br /> 39 consultation with businesses, property owners and surrounding residents and the preparation of a <br /> 40 draft land use plan. <br /> 41 <br />
