APPLICANTS. PLEASE NOTE: <br /> All.developers or property owners must submit the following information to the City of St. <br /> Anthony Village by the Tuesday that is 30 days prior to the meeting of the Planning <br /> Commission or City Council meeting at which the request will be heard at a public hearing. <br /> L Complete application for specific request and-pay fee. <br /> 2. Complete survey and site plans (including measurements), showing building, <br /> driveways, curb cuts, ingress, egress, etc. on the property and in relation to adjacent <br /> sites. <br /> 3. Explanation of materials used, and plans for screening, landscaping, fencing and <br /> dumpster enclosures. <br /> 4. Drawings of completed buildings, if appropriate to the project, and materials used. <br /> 5. Storm water retention and drainage plans. The appropriate water shed district or water <br /> management organization are required to be notified of the project. <br /> 6. A letter explaining the reason for the variance or conditional use. In the letter, please <br /> describe that the undue hardship is and have all the questions from the previous side <br /> answered completely.
