Phase 2 applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, <br /> September 22, 2000. <br /> Your proposal is one of 16 invited to submit a Phase 2 proposal in the predevelopment <br /> category (category E). The total dollar request for the Phase 1 proposals in this category, <br /> limited to $150,000 with a.1:l match,is approximately$1.79 million.The Livable <br /> Communities Advisory Committee, in reviewing these proposals against the criteria, <br /> found merit in all of them and wants to review them in more detail in Phase 2. <br /> Included with this letter are Phase 2 application materials.
