City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> April 23, 2002 <br /> Page 15 <br /> Councilmember Faust indicated that the Cityof St. Anthony is one of twenty communities to <br /> participate in the Sister-City program. He views the program as a beneficial and expressed his <br /> hope that they continue participating in the program. <br /> Mayor Hodson indicated that he would like to have a discussion with Council regarding the <br /> Community Prevention Coalition and funding. <br /> Mayor Hodson referred to an upcoming meeting that he has with Metropolitan Council. He <br /> indicated that he would like to discuss an issue from a past meeting regarding the revitalization <br /> of a community such as St. Anthony. He indicated that there was the potential to comprise low- <br /> interest loans to homeowners for the purpose of renovating the aging housing-stock in the city. <br /> He added that he would like to have future discussion on the issue. <br /> IX.
