The side of our home faces <br /> 30st Ave. NE. and the setback from the street is 30 ft., I understand. Where the house was built <br /> and the shape of the lot they say the front of my house is on Wilson Street. So that leaves the <br /> actual front of my house is on or faces 315`Ave. So they consider that the side, so therefore, we <br /> need a side variance of 11 ft. We are both 70 years young-we would like to have a sunroom <br /> added to our home so we can get out more for health reasons. <br /> My wife has asthma and doesn't get outside because of outside odors, etc. It chokes her <br /> up and affects here breathing. This is something we both can enjoy together. This would be <br /> beneficial to us and enhance the neighborhood. <br />
