A parking garage will be built so that there is a connection to the basement of the existing <br /> medical office building. There will be approximately 140 underground parking stalls <br /> (one for each unit) and another 100 spaces on the surface. <br /> All of the buildings will have a coordinated design scheme. <br /> Construction of the parking garage and new buildings would start first. As one building <br /> reaches a threshold of purchase commitments, the second building would be started. The <br /> exterior changes to the existing medical office building would be the last phase of the' <br /> project. <br /> Next Steps <br /> After concept review by the Planning Commission, the developer will make a formal <br /> preliminary PUD plan application that will have to be reviewed by the Planning <br /> Commission and acted on by the City Council. That will occur in early 2005. <br />
