Currently, according to the <br /> sign ordinance, and my interpretation of it, Seal Guard is allowed 150 <br /> Square feet of signage per building face. This small sign would not <br /> accomplish the objective of covering up the mechanical equipment on <br /> the roof of the building or effectively advertise the businesses in the <br /> building. <br /> The sign (awning)we propose is 150' x 4' or 4 times the currently <br /> allowed amount. We are proposing this style of awning on three sides <br /> of the building. Please refer to the sketch of the building. <br /> Let me know if you need more detail.
