APPROVAL OF THE NOVEMBER 24, 2014, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />24 AGENDA. <br />25 <br />26 Motion by Commissioner Papatola, seconded by Commissioner Niccum, to approve the <br />27 November 24, 2014, Planning Commission agenda as presented. <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />31 II. APPROVAL OF THE NNE 23, 2014, REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION <br />32 MEETING MINUTES. <br />33 <br />34 Motion by Commissioner Papatola seconded by Commissioner Niccum to approve the June <br />35 23, 2014, Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. <br />36 <br />37 Motion carried 3 -0 -2 ( Niccum and Poucher abstain) <br />38 <br />39 I1I. PUBLIC HEARING. <br />40 <br />41 A. REQUEST — Request from Joel Janssen for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to Allow <br />42 a Restaurant to be Located Less than 250 Feet from a Residentially Zoned District and <br />43 Variance from the Minimum Required Parking Stalls on the Property Located at 2510 <br />44 Kenzie Terrace. <br />45 <br />46 City Planner Johnson explained the applicant has submitted a request for a CUP for a new <br />47 neighborhood pizza and burger restaurant occupying approximately 1,400 squaze feet within <br />48 the existing south building on the property, with the majority of the business consisting i <br />49 take -out or delivery and seating inside for approximately 30 people.
