City of St. Anthony <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />City Council Chambers <br />June1, 2015 <br />Present: <br />Mayor & Council. Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Jan Jenson, Councilmember; and Bonnie Brever, <br />Councilmember. <br />Absent: <br />Randy Stille, Councilmember <br />Staff: <br />Mark Casey, City Manager <br />Guests: <br />City Councilmembers of Lauderdale, City Staff of Falcon Heights, Falcon Heights/Lauderdale Prosecuting Attorney, <br />Hamline University Students. Dr. Craig Waldron, Hamline University and Joe Mansky, Ramsey County Elections <br />Manager. <br />Call to Order: <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 5:30 p.m. <br />Hamline University CityLabs: <br />Staff and students presented their class project entitled “Proposal for Increasing Efficiency of Code Enforcement. <br />Presented to the cities of St. Anthony Village, Lauderdale and Falcon Heights”. <br />Elections: <br />Joe Manskey, Ramsey County Elections Manager presented an agreement for election services between Ramsey <br />County, City of St. Anthony and St. Anthony – New Brighton School District for 2015 through 2016. There would be <br />an increase of $7,569 to the 2015 budget if approved. By consensus of the Mayor and Council, staff was directed <br />to proceed with the agreement and bring to a future City Council meeting. <br />Adjourn: <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager.
