Due to the high variance in construction costs with respect to existing utility infrastructure, it <br />was requested that utilities be looked at on a project-by-project basis. Therefore, the upcoming 2017 <br />Street and Utility Improvement Project planned in the City was given to the utility companies to perform <br />a cost analysis. <br /> <br />The following table indicates the utility company, contact person, and estimated costs that we have <br />received for burying the private utilities. Please note that these are preliminary estimates only; the <br />companies stated that they would not be held to these numbers.
