City of St. Anthony <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />City Council Chambers <br />February 4, 2015 <br />Present: <br />Mayor & Council. Jerry Faust, Mayor; Jan Jenson, Councilmember; Hal Gray, Councilmember; and Randy Stille, <br />Councilmember. <br />Absent: <br />None <br />Staff: <br />Mark Casey, City Manager <br />Consultants: <br />Todd Hubmer, City Engineer <br />Call to Order: <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 5:00 p.m <br />Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP): <br />Hubmer presented several posters that will be displayed at the February 17th Open House. Hubmer also discussed <br />an upcoming Resolution to start the temporary easement process that will be presented at the February 24, 2015 <br />City Council meeting. <br />Belden Flooding Issues: <br />Hubmer discussed the project and notified the Mayor and Council about the neighborhood information meeting <br />on Thursday, February 5, 2015. Hubmer also discussed the drainage issues at 3302 Belden that also impacts 3200 <br />Belden. Hubmer explained the east side of the property will be addressed this summer with changes in the <br />driveway height and landscaping. On the west side, the retaining wall is failing. By consensus of the Mayor and <br />Council, staff was directed to work with homeowners of a cost sharing solution to repair the damaged retaining <br />wail. <br />Alley Repairs: <br />Hubmer discussed the project and notified the Mayor and Council about the neighborhood information meeting <br />also on Thursday, February 5, 2015. <br />City Council Vacancy: <br />By consensus of the Mayor and Council, ten applicants will be interviewed on Friday, February 13`h. <br />Adjourn: <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m. <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager. <br />
