The applicant requests <br />a variance to construct an addition to the garage which would encroach 3.2 feet into the required side <br />yard setback to result in a side yard depth of 1.8 feet. The Applicant’s request for a variance from the <br />side yard setback to allow for the construction the garage addition is reasonable, per the findings listed <br />in city code.
