ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 16-019 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING <br />FOR THE 2016 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has <br />been prepared with reference to the improvements: <br /> <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br /> Stinson Boulevard from 37th Avenue NE to Silver Lane NE <br /> <br />Trail and Sidewalk Improvements <br /> 8’ bituminous trail along west side of Stinson Boulevard between 37th Place N and 40th <br />Avenue NE (This is a Columbia Heights improvement) <br /> Salo Park sidewalk replacement <br /> <br />Decorative Lighting <br /> Stinson Boulevard NE between 37th Avenue NE and Silver Lane NE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvements of $2,700,000. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 8th day of March <br />2016, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as <br />possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvements as required by law. <br /> <br />3.
