CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 16 -022 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY'S <br />2015 PAY EQUITY IMPLEMENTATION REPORT <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota Department of Management and Budget is <br />statutorily authorized to require Minnesota Cities to submit a Pay Equity <br />Implementation Report every three (3) years; and <br />WHEREAS, this pay equity report is required by State statutes 471.991 to 471.999 to <br />prove compliance with the State's Local Government Pay Equity Act; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has compiled and reported salaries, health benefits and job <br />evaluation systems as of December 31, 2015 as required for the Pay <br />Equity Implementation Report; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has posted in accordance with Minnesota statutes an official notice in <br />the City Hall Lunch Room and at the St. Anthony branch of the Hennepin <br />County Library that the City has submitted its Pay Equity Implementation <br />Report to the Minnesota Department of Management and Budget; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has mailed via US Postal Service a copy of the official notice of the <br />City's submission of the Pay Equity Implementation Report to all union <br />representatives in this jurisdiction; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony has complied <br />with the statutory requirements of 471.991 to 471.999, Local Government Pay <br />Equity Act, to complete and submit its 2016 Pay Equity Implementation Report <br />(for the 2015 calendar year) to the Department of Management and Budget; and <br />BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the City has also complied with the notification <br />requirements of Local Government Pay Equity Act. <br />Adopted this 91h day of February, 2016. <br />11m <br />JaVensonNayor Pro -Tem <br />ATTEST: ' � �V10(/ <br />Nic I Miller, City C erk <br />Review for Administration: Mx <br />Mark Casey, City anager <br />
