APPROVAL OF THE JANUARY 25, 2016, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 26 <br />AGENDA. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Motion by Commissioner Foster, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, to approve the January 25, 29 <br />2016, Planning Commission agenda. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Motion carried 7-0. 32 <br /> 33 <br />II. APPROVAL OF THE NOVEMBER 23, 2015, REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION 34 <br />MEETING MINUTES. 35 <br /> 36 <br /> Motion by Commissioner Papatola, seconded by Commissioner Foster, to approve the November 37 <br />23, 2015, Regular Planning Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Motion carried 7-0 40 <br /> 41 <br />Chairperson Gondorchin stated he will attend the City Council Meeting on January 26, 2016. 42 <br /> 43 <br />III.
