CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING ON 2016 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village will meet in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony Village, MN, at 7:00 pm, or as soon <br />thereafter as possible, on March 8, 2016, to consider making the following improvements: <br /> <br /> 2016 Street, Sanitary Sewer, Water Main, and <br /> Drainage Improvements and Appurtenant Work <br /> <br />This project consists of road and alleyway surface improvements, replacement or new construction of <br />sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer lines, drainage improvements, and pedestrian crossing <br />improvements. The improvements are identified below: <br /> <br />1. Street and utility improvements considered for assessment include: <br /> <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br /> Stinson Boulevard from 37th Avenue NE to Silver Lane NE <br /> <br />Trail and Sidewalk Improvements <br /> Salo Park sidewalk replacement <br /> <br />2. Public improvements not proposed for assessment include: <br /> <br />Trail and Sidewalk Improvements <br /> 8’ bituminous trail along west side of Stinson Boulevard between 37th Place N and 40th <br />Avenue NE (This is a Columbia Heights improvement) <br /> <br />Decorative Lighting <br /> Stinson Boulevard NE between 37th Avenue NE and Silver Lane NE <br /> <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111, portions of the improvement will be assessed to the <br />abutting property owners of the named streets.
