CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 16-025 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR THE 2016 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 8`s day of March 2016, fixed a date for <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br />Street & Utility Reconstruction <br />Stinson Boulevard from 37`h Avenue NE to Silver Lane NE <br />Trail and Sidewalk Improvements <br />8' bituminous trail along west side of Stinson Boulevard between 37`" Place N and 40`h <br />Avenue NE (This is a Columbia Heights improvement) <br />Salo Park sidewalk replacement <br />Decorative Lighting <br />Stinson Boulevard NE between 37'h Avenue NE and Silver Lane NE <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said hearing was <br />given and the hearing was held thereon on the 8`" day of March 2016, at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village <br />approve such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution. <br />Adopted this 8`' day of March, 2016 <br />ATTEST: Jerome O Faust, Mayor <br />Ni tole Miller, City Clerk / �, <br />Reviewed for administration: 191 " / <br />Mark Casey, City Manager <br />
