COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Jenson invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on <br />items that are not on the regular agenda. Hearing none, Mayor Pro Tern Jenson moved forward <br />with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS - NONE <br />There will be no City Council Meeting on February 23, 2016. <br />Councilmember Stille reported the Village Fest is a volunteer organization and they are looking <br />for more volunteers to help plan the event.
