Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Randy Stille, Councilmember; Jan Jenson, <br />Councilmember and Bonnie Brever, Councilmember. <br />Absent: <br />None <br />Staff: <br />Mark Casey, City Manager <br />Consultants: <br />Todd Hubmer, City Engineer, WSB, and Mike Drysdale, Dorsey <br />Call to Order: <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 7:00 p.m. <br />Water Issue: <br />At 7:01 p.m., the Mayor closed the work session permitted by the attorney-client privilege (Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b)) to discuss potential options for responding to 1,4 Dioxane contamination in <br />groundwater and related legal claims. <br />At 8:19 pm, the Mayor re-opened the work session. <br />Adjourn: <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager.
