CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 16 -033 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DEPUTY CLERK POSITION <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony City Clerk position is a statutorily created position; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk position is responsible for the proceedings of the council, <br />official custodian of City records, well as many other duties; and <br />WHEREAS Minnesota Statute 412.151 allows for the appointment of a Deputy Clerk to <br />carry out the official duties of the City Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony wishes to appoint a Deputy Clerk position to perform <br />the duties of City Clerk as needed. <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of St. Anthony hereby appoints the Deputy Clerk to <br />carry out the official duties of the City Clerk as needed. <br />Adopted this 22nd day March, 2016. <br />ATTEST: � L+ <br />le Miller, Cio Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />`yam <br />erome O.
