CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 16 -038 <br />A RESOLUTION IMPOSING WATER RESTRICTIONS <br />WHEREAS, beginning April 1, 2016, the City of St. Anthony City is implementing short <br />term water conservation measures to limit the amount of water that is drawn <br />from the aquifer due to the discovery of the chemical dioxane; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony will close the splash pads located at both Central and <br />Emerald parks until further notice; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony will implement an odd/even lawn watering ban, <br />allowing residents with addresses ending in an even number to water their <br />lawns on even numbered dates, and residents with addresses ending in an odd <br />number to water their lawns on odd numbered dates; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony will implement a no watering ban between 11:00 a.m. <br />and 6:00 p.m. <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of St. Anthony hereby imposes said water restrictions <br />beginning April 1, 2016 until further notice. <br />Adopted this 12th day April, 2016. <br />ATTEST: A <br />Nicole Miller, City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Jerome O.
