VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> July 13, 1965 <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony <br /> was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Dougherty at 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, <br /> July 13, 1965. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> The following were absent: <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> Also present were the Village Manager, Village Attorney, Village Engineer <br /> and Maintenance Superintendent. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was <br /> proved to waive reading and approve minutes of the regular meeting of June <br /> 22, 1965, with Councilman Erickson indicating that his vote on Resolution <br /> No. 65-055 be a yes vote. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Erickson, it <br /> was moved to waive reading and approve minutes of Special Meeting of <br /> July 24, 1965 as submitted. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5. RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded by Councilman Erickson, it was <br /> moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-058 Approving Plans and Specifications <br /> and Calling for Bids on Street Improvement No. 7417-65-2. <br /> RESOLUTION N0, 65-058 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR'STREET <br /> IMPROVEMENT No. 7417-65-2. <br />
