Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it was <br /> moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-061 Ordering Certain Buildings Located at <br /> 3323 Stinson Boulevard, St. Anthony Village, Minnesota, To Be Raised and <br /> Removed. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-061 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING CERTAIN BUILDINGS LOCATED AT 3323 STINSON BOULEVARD, ST. <br /> ANTHONY VILLAGE, MINNESOTA, TO BE RAISED AND REMOVED. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: Bailey, Dougherty, Erickson, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: McNulty <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 6. COMMUNICATIONS, PETITIONS, AND REPORTS <br /> Upon order of Mayor Pro Tem Dougherty, the request from Raymond Hasselquist <br /> and Angela Alfreth to have the Village install a storm sewer line and catch <br /> basin into the rear yards of their property at 3123 and 3127 Wilson Street <br /> N. E. was refered to the Village Manager and Maintenance Superintendent. <br /> Upon order of Mayor pro tem Dougherty, the request from the Church of St. <br /> Charles Borromeo to construct a fence and backstop on Village Property at <br /> • 27th Avenue N. E., and Roosevelt Street N. E. was refered to the Village <br /> Maintenance Superintendent and Traffic Director. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Dougherty, it <br /> was moved to grant permission to the St. Anthony Mrs. Jaycees to hold a <br /> public dance at the St. Anthony School on Wednesday, June 22, 1965. <br /> The mot�on•car.ried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it <br /> was moved to authorize the Village Manager to indicate to the Hennepin <br /> County Welfare Department the Village of St. Anthony approves participation <br /> in the Federal Food Stamp Program. <br /> The motion carr•*�ed with Erickson voting .flray. <br /> Upon order from Mayor Pro Tem Dougherty, the report of the Village Attorney <br /> regarding settlement of the Edward Burnette case and the Kennedy case was <br /> noted in the minutes. <br /> Upon order of Mayor Pro Tem Dougherty, the list of non-conforming of <br /> special uses, and use violations existing within the Village of St. Anthony <br /> was ordered defered pending further study by the Council.
