CALL TO ORDER <br /> The Special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony <br /> was called to order by Mayor McNulty at 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 29, 1965. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The fallowing members were present at roll call : <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> The following were absent: <br /> George Erickson <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> 3.
