VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> August 10, 1965 <br /> 1 . CALL TO ORDER <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony <br /> was called to order by Mayor McNulty at 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 10, 1965. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> The following members were present at roll call : <br /> W. R. Dougherty <br /> George Erickson <br /> James H. McNulty <br /> Richard Sorenson <br /> Robert Dailey (in at 0:15) <br /> None were absent. <br /> Also, present were the Village Manager, Village Attorney, Maintenance <br /> Superintendent and the Village Consulting Engineer. <br /> 3. MINUTES <br /> man <br /> Upon motion by Council/Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, it <br /> was moved to approve the minutes of the July 27 and 29, 1965, as corrected, <br /> and the minutes of July 23, 1965, as submitted. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> • 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> None <br /> 5. RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Erickson, it <br /> was moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-062, a resolution awarding the bid on <br /> Street Improvement Project 7417-65-1 to C. S. McCrossan, Inc., in the amount <br /> of $17,086.72. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-062 <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> NO. 7417-65-1 <br /> Voting on the Motion: <br /> Aye: Dougherty, Erickson, McNulty, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent, not voting: Dailey <br /> The motion carried. <br /> • <br />
