OLD BUSINESS <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty, the consideration of a revision of, the <br /> Village Taxi-Cab Ordinance No. 70 was deferred to' -September 14, 1965- <br /> pending further study by the Village Attorney. !" <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty, an amendment to Resolution No. 65-016 <br /> regarding salaries of Maintenance Man III was deferred to September 14, 1965, <br /> to compare said resolution with findings of the adjustment panel that <br /> met January 22, 1965. <br /> Upon notion by Councilmen Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Sorenson, <br /> it was moved to adopt Resolution No. 65-072 relating to the apportionment <br /> of assessments for local Improvements on Lot 5, Block 4, Mounds View Acres, <br /> Second Addition. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-072 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL <br /> IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> Voting on the Motion: <br /> Aye: Bailey, Dougherty, McNulty, Sorenson <br /> • Noy: None <br /> Absent not voting: Erickson <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Bailey, <br /> it was moved to table a resolution authorizing an inter-fund loan from <br /> the liquor cash surplus to finance Street Improvement 7517-65-1 • <br /> The motion carried. <br /> 8. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Upon order of Mayor McNulty, the Building Inspector was instructed to <br /> secure the Village Attorney's opinion regarding Village participation in <br /> solving private drainage problems. <br /> 9. VERIFIED CLAIMS <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Dougherty, <br /> it was moved to authorize verifidd claims and approve payment thereof. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Bailey, it <br /> was moved to pay the Roseville share of $127.41 , the second quarter sewer <br /> rental charges but to without the amount of $2936.26 to the City of St. Paul <br /> to be held in escrow pending settlement of sewer rental rates charged by <br /> St. Paul . <br /> The motion carried. <br />
