The Mayor called the <br /> meeting back to order at 9:40 P.M. <br /> Upon 'reotion by Councilman Erickson seconded by Councilman Sorenson is was <br /> moved that the Planning Board recommendation in regard to the Robert Hartman <br /> property for a variance to a 17 foot setback on 36th Street side and a 9 foot <br /> set baci< on the north side of the property be approved. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Mayor McNulty it was moved <br /> that the license application of the Northgate Motel for an On Sale Non-intoxicat- <br /> ing malt Liquor License he approved. <br /> • Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: McNulty, Dougherty, Erickson, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> May: None <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson and seconded by Councilman Dougherty <br /> it was moved that the Y's Mens application for a Christmas Tree lot license <br /> be approved. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Erickson seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was <br /> moved that the application of Beaudry Plumbing Co. for a Plumbing and Heating <br /> License be approved. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> • <br />
