ANTHONY <br /> • COUIJCIL MINUTES <br /> N0�►Ei1BER 239;`1965 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the- Village of St. Anthony was <br /> called to order by the Mayor at' 03:00 o'clock P.M . on juesday, November 23, 1965. <br /> The Following members were present at roll call : <br /> James McNulty, George Erickson Jr., W. R. Dougherty, Richard Sorenson, <br /> Robert Bailey <br /> also present : <br /> Village Attorney, ''aymond Haik <br /> Village Engineer, Del-'ayne Olsen <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> ^Ir,ne <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Dougherty, it was <br /> moved that the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting of November 9, 1965 <br /> be waived and that the minutes be approved as submitted. <br /> • The motion carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey, Resclution No. 65-082 was presented for adop- <br /> tion. It was agreed the reading of the resolution be wz ived. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-082 <br /> A_RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1965 BUDGET <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Sorenson. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: 14cNulty, Sorenson, Dougherty, Bailey, Erickson <br /> Nay: None <br /> The resolution was declared adopted. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson Resolution No. 65-033 was presented for <br /> adoption. It was agree(! i!iz reading of the resolution be waived. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-083 <br /> A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1965 BUDGET AS PERTAINS <br /> TO FUND NO. 70, SEWER FUND. <br /> The resoiuti-)n was duly seconded by Q,uncilman Er°ckson. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> A.e: Erickson, Dougherty, Sorenson, Bailey, McNulty <br /> Hay: None <br /> The resolution was declared adopted. <br />
