Billman Inc. at <br /> 3005 - 36th Avenue N.E. be denied. <br /> After further discussion on the motion, Mayor McNulty and Councilman Dougherty <br /> agread to withdraw the motion and second respectively. The Village Manager <br /> was directed to report on the approved plan and site location of the residence <br /> at 3805 - 36th Ave. N.E. at the regular meeting of December 28th. <br /> The Planning Board minutes were ordered filed„ <br /> The Village Attorney was directed to report on the responsibility of the <br /> architect on the efficiency of the heating plant at Silver Point Park. <br /> It was suggested that a representative of the Park Board appear at the meeting <br /> when the Park Board minutes are presented for approval.
