ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> DECEMBER 28, 1965 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of St. Anthony was <br /> called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, December 28, 1965. <br /> The following were pres3nt at roll call : <br /> James McNulty, George Ertckson,Jr., W. R. Dougherty, Richard Sorenson, <br /> Rob4rt Bailey. <br /> also present: <br /> Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Village Manager, John R. Printon <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> Mayor McNulty noted that on page two as refers to a proposed street light between <br /> Milson and Roosevelt Streets should read "possibly be located" instead of "should <br /> be located", and '1more acceptable" instead of 11more agreeable". <br /> 4Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Dougherty, <br /> , it was moved : <br /> - that the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting of December 14, 1965 be <br /> waived and that the minutes be approved as amended. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilman Sorenson that Resolution No. 65-088 t <br /> be adopted <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-088 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1966 BUDGET <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Bailey. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: Dougherty, Erickson, Bailey, Sorenson, McNulty <br /> Nay: None <br /> The resolution was declared adopted-. <br /> r <br />
