/� -3- <br /> % llpon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Erickson it was moved <br /> that the request of Mr. Joe Malat for the remodeling of the Dairy Queen building <br /> he approved as per plan submitted, and subject to approval of the Building <br /> Inspector. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> `Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved <br /> that the revised plan as submitted by Mr. Paul Johnson for the erection of a <br /> 36 unit apartment complex which includes 20 garage units and a swimming ppol at <br /> 3811 Macalaster Drive be approved and the access to 39th Ave. N.E. be deleted <br /> as shown on the approved site development plan as recommended by the Planning <br /> Board. <br /> The motion carried. <br /> Councilman Erickson introduced Resolution Fo. 65-090 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 65-090 <br /> A RESOLUTION DISCLAIMING INTEREST IN A PUBLIC <br /> ROAD EASEMFMT ON THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 16, <br /> CLOG( 5, CLARK & KINGS HENNEPIN GARDENS. <br /> The resoli:;.ion was duly seconded by Councilman Sorenson. <br /> Voting on the resnlution. <br /> Aye: Dougherty, Erickson, Bailey, Sorenson, McNulty <br /> Nays None <br /> The resolution was declared adopted. <br /> Up-in motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was <br /> rived that a variance of one foot be granted for roof overhang at 3005 - 36th Ave <br /> N.E. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Nay: MrOulty <br /> The motion carried. <br /> The ininutes of the Planning Board meeting of December 21, 1965 were ordered filed. <br /> The Planning Board was requested to make a recommendation as to the clarification <br /> of side property set back as related to roof overhang. <br /> ii:-. S:hiena appeared regarding a special permit for renting the basement area <br /> of the St. Anthony Bowling Alley to a plastic firm. He was directed to make a <br /> request for a use variance to the Planning Board. The Village Manager and <br /> Building Inspector were directed to visit the firms locations and report to--the <br /> cou0cil -on the manufacturing process. <br /> I <br />
