/� -3- % llpon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Erickson it was moved that the request of Mr. Joe Malat for the remodeling of the Dairy Queen building he approved as per plan submitted, and subject to approval of the Building Inspector. The motion carried. `Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved that the revised plan as submitted by Mr. Paul Johnson for the erection of a 36 unit apartment complex which includes 20 garage units and a swimming ppol at 3811 Macalaster Drive be approved and the access to 39th Ave. N.E. be deleted as shown on the approved site development plan as recommended by the Planning Board. The motion carried. Councilman Erickson introduced Resolution Fo. 65-090 and moved its adoption. Voting on the motion: Nay: MrOulty The motion carried. The ininutes of the Planning Board meeting of December 21, 1965 were ordered filed. The Planning Board was requested to make a recommendation as to the clarification of side property set back as related to roof overhang. ii:-. S:hiena appeared regarding a special permit for renting the basement area of the St. Anthony Bowling Alley to a plastic firm. He was directed to make a request for a use variance to the Planning Board. The Village Manager and Building Inspector were directed to visit the firms locations and report to--the cou0cil -on the manufacturing process. I
