-6- <br /> The <br /> 6-The Village Attorney reviewed his discussion with Mr. Richard Fudali regarding <br /> the replatting of the Diamond 8 apartment complex as to area development <br /> requirements for the apartments. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Springer it was <br /> moved ,that the action approving the addition of six units to the proposed <br /> apartment building at 3817 Macalaster be reconsidered. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> After discussion it was moved by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman <br /> Springer that a performance bond in the amount of $1000.00 be posted in favor <br /> of the Village of St. Anthony to ensure the development of the S 11 of Lot 1, <br /> Block 10, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition in a manner compatible to that of <br /> lots 3 and 4, Block 10, Mounds View Acres, 2nd Addition. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The disposition of the New Brighton-St. Anthony litigation was discussed at <br /> length. The Village Attorney expressed the opinion that unless an agreement <br /> is reached with the Village of New Brighton in the very near future, that the <br /> Council should pursue its course in the relocation of the Silver Lake Outlet. <br /> . The Village Manager was directed to request of the New Brighton Village Council <br /> that an agreement be drawn by the New Brighton Attorney setting out the points <br /> agreed upon at the joint meeting of the two Village Councils on July 18, 1966. <br /> A letter from the Secretary Treasurer of Local 792 was discussed and it was <br /> the opinion of the Council that no additional compensation was authorized by <br /> the Council during the absence of a liquor store manager from July 1 to <br /> September 7, 1965. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved <br /> that the Suburban Hennepin County Relief Board be notified that the St. Anthony <br /> Village Council has withdrawn its approval of the Federal Food Stamp Plan. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved <br /> that the following refund of assessments for sewer interceptor as outlined <br /> in a letter from Mrs. Dorothy R.
