-3- <br /> Upon <br /> 3-Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved <br /> that the request for a street light at the intersection of Wendhurst and <br /> Chelmsford be approved. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> A letter of response to a letter from Mr. G. Stanley Rischard esq. regarding <br /> Lot 18, Block 12, Mounds View Acres 2nd Addition was reviewed. <br /> Miscellaneous correspondence was received and ordered filed. <br /> A letter from Mr. Michael Galvin esq., attorney for Lowry Grove Trailer Camp, <br /> RE: acknowledgement of receipt of certain data requested was ordered acknow- <br /> ledged. The Council was informed that November 15, 1966 was the date given to <br /> connect to the Village Water System to the Lowry Grove Trailer Camp. <br /> A copy of a letter from Richard Fudali esq. to the Ramsey County Auditors <br /> Office was discussed. The Council was informed that the Ramsey County Auditors <br /> Office had informed the Village that the division had been denied per Village <br /> directive. <br /> The subject of drainage at 2913 Armour Terrace was referred to the Village <br /> engineer for recommendation as to the maintenance of a private system connect- <br /> ed to the Village Storm Sewer on Armour Terrace just East of Silver Lake Road. <br /> M Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved <br /> that the engineers certificate for inspection and supervision of the install- <br /> ation of chemical equipment for Well #5 in the amount of $9.00 be approved. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Springer <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved that <br /> the certificate of the engineer for project No. 1966-1 September 5, through <br /> September 30, in the amount of $654.50 be approved. <br /> Voting on the Motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Springer <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson and Seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was <br /> moved that the engineers certificate for engineering services from September 5, <br /> through September 30, in the amount of $15.92 be approved. <br /> 1 <br />
