-2- <br /> Voting <br /> 2-Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Dailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson seconded by Councilman Dailey it was <br /> moved that Ordinance #77, Personnel Ordinance, be adopted on third reading. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Councilman Bailey it was <br /> moved that the 2nd reading of the Excavation Ordinance be tabled for review <br /> of possible conflicts with Ordinance #12. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> • Councilman Sorenson intorduced Resolution No. 66-081 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 66-081 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND VILLAGE MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE 1967 SNOW MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH <br /> THE HENNEPIN COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Bailey. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Dailey, Sorenson <br /> Nay: None <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to obtain three bids on the rings not sold <br /> at Auction. The proceeds of the Auction were reported as $280.00 in cash <br /> and the three rings unsold due to lack of reasonable bids. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Mayor O 'Connor it was moved <br /> that the request for a street light at Crest View Drive and Bell Lane be <br /> approved provided the pole be located on one of petitioners property. <br /> • Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Sorenson, seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved <br /> that N.S.P. be notified that the previous approval of a street light at 35th <br /> and Roosevelt &t. has been revoked. <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
