VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br />lip December 27, 1966 <br /> The regular meeting of the Village Council of St. Anthony was called to order <br /> by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday December 27, 1966. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Bailey, Sorenson <br /> Absents Springer <br /> Also Present: Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Supt. Public Works, Norbert Maher <br /> Village Manager, John Printon <br /> Councilman Dougherty noted that on page one as pertains to Ordinance #76 that <br /> the fact that a 3' height limitation on boulevard shrubs was omitted from the <br /> Ordinance should be noted with the approval of the Ordinance. Upon motion by <br /> Councilman Bailey seconded by Councilman Sorenson it was moved that the minutes <br /> be approved as amended. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Donald Kronk appeared to review the Planning Board Minutes of December 20, <br /> 1966. After discussion of the location of the Ledwein Carpet Company sign in <br /> relationship to the building area occupied, Mayor O'Connor moved and seconded <br /> by Councilman Dougherty that the request for the erection of the Ledwein Carpet <br /> Company sign be approved subject to the written approval of the other occupant <br /> of the building. <br /> ,Motion Carried. <br /> 1-1 <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved <br /> that the request for division of Lot 7, Block 4, St. Anthony Sky Croft Manor <br /> Addition be tabled for correct survey, indicating building side lines. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor seconded by Councilman Dougherty it was moved <br /> that the Planning Board be instructed to hold a public hearing on the Hertog <br /> request for the building of an additional greenhouse on January 17, 1967. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Clifford Mosher appeared regarding the sale of property adjacent to the <br /> Village Maintenance yard. Mr. Frank La Grange, attorney, represented Mr. <br /> Mosher. After discussion, Mr. Mosher was requested to present a written propr <br /> osal to the Council for consideration. It was suggested that the property be <br /> offered to the Village in two parcels with the cost and payment proposal includ- <br /> ed with each. <br /> Mr. Scarp, village resident, asked to be heard regarding the operation of <br /> snow mobiles in the Village Parks. Mayor O'Connor explained that the Council <br /> felt that it was in the best interest of the Village to restrict such usage <br /> I <br />
