He also explained in detail the request for an <br /> Attorney General 's opinion regarding the legality of the Village's participa- <br /> tion in a Mutual Aid Fire Association. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to send a letter of commendation to the <br /> St. Anthony Volunteer Fire Department for their "Firemanship" Training <br /> Program. <br /> A copy of a letter from Ronald Ekstrom RE: side walk program was received. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey seonded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved that <br /> the quit claim deed of Fred W. Odell and Frances R. Odell for a utility ease- <br /> ment across the rear five feet of Lots 1 and 2 , Block 5, Mounds View Acres <br /> Second Addition be accepted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> .
