VILLAGE OF ST. ANT1-lOMY COUNCIL MEETIMG July 23, 1968 Following the public hearing to review the Committee report on Human Relations, the Mayor called the regular meeting to order at 9:30 P. M. Present : O'Connor, Dougherty, Crouse, Emond Absent: Springer Also Present : Raymond Haik, Village Attorney Deklayne Olson, Village Engineer John Printon, Village Manager Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the minutes of the meeting of July 9, 1965 be approved as submitted. Motion carried. Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the minutes of the Board of Review meeting of July 11 , 1960 be approved as submitted. • Motion carried. Duane Miedtke presented the Planning Board minutes of July 16, 1968. After discussion, Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the request for variance of 134 Sq. feet for a dwelling on Lot 6 & 7, Block 1 , Pat Pen Addition be denied. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the request for an addition to the Standard Oil Station at 37th Avenue M. E. and Silver Lake Road be approved per plan submitted. Motion carried. �he Council took no action on the Burger Chef proposal or the St. Anthony shopping center sign pending recommendations from the Planning Board. Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the '\pache Plat be tabled for further information. Motion carried. The Sunset ilemorial industrial plat was presented for final approval . After discussion Playor O'Connor moved and seconded by Councilman Emond so that final approval be given the St. Antoony Office Park plat subject to the receipt of the lot square footage calculations being submitted on the preliminary plat layout.
