ANT1-lOMY <br /> COUNCIL MEETIMG <br /> July 23, 1968 <br /> Following the public hearing to review the Committee report on Human <br /> Relations, the Mayor called the regular meeting to order at 9:30 P. M. <br /> Present : O'Connor, Dougherty, Crouse, Emond <br /> Absent: Springer <br /> Also Present : Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> Deklayne Olson, Village Engineer <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the <br /> minutes of the meeting of July 9, 1965 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the <br /> minutes of the Board of Review meeting of July 11 , 1960 be approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> Duane Miedtke presented the Planning Board minutes of July 16, 1968. <br /> After discussion, Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Councilman <br /> Dougherty that the request for variance of 134 Sq. feet for a dwelling <br /> on Lot 6 & 7, Block 1 , Pat Pen Addition be denied. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the <br /> request for an addition to the Standard Oil Station at 37th Avenue M. E. <br /> and Silver Lake Road be approved per plan submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> �he Council took no action on the Burger Chef proposal or the St. Anthony <br /> shopping center sign pending recommendations from the Planning Board. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the <br /> '\pache Plat be tabled for further information. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Sunset ilemorial industrial plat was presented for final approval . <br /> After discussion Playor O'Connor moved and seconded by Councilman Emond <br /> so that final approval be given the St. Antoony Office Park plat subject <br /> to the receipt of the lot square footage calculations being submitted on <br /> the preliminary plat layout. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br />
