• VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> August 12, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 5:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski , <br /> Dougherty. <br /> Also present : Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> John Pri nton, Village Manager <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the <br /> minutes of the meeting of July 22, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution #69-030 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION #69-030 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE <br /> DEBT REDEMPTION FUND TO THE CONSTRUCTION FUND. <br /> • The resolution was duly seconded by Mayor O'Connor. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski, Dougherty <br /> Nay: None <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The matter of a report by the Recreation Director regarding the use of Diamond #2, <br /> Central Park was discussed. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the Village <br /> Manager be directed to cease the scheduling of conflicting games on Diamond #2, <br /> Central Park. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to place the matter of membership in the <br /> National Suburban League on the August 26, 1969 agenda. <br /> A more complete breakdown of the monthly police report was requested by the <br /> Council. <br /> Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the County Rd. C <br /> It D-X Station license be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
