-3- <br /> Voting <br /> 3-Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Levandowski <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Dougherty, Emond <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to forward an appropriate plaque to Dr. Berglund <br /> for his services as Chairman of the Human Relations Committee, <br /> Mayor O'Connor introduced Resolution #69-032 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION 69-032 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTION- <br /> MENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL <br /> IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Levandowski <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Dougherty, Emond. <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Letters of correspondence were read and ordered filed. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that Change <br /> Order #2 Improvement 1968-4 be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the <br /> following certificates of the engineer be approved: <br /> a. Village engineering services - $229.34 <br /> b. Improvement 1969-1 engineering services - $2,707.46 <br /> c. Improvement 1968-4 engineering services - $3,582.31 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the <br /> request of the Minneapolis Gas Company for a main extension at Chandler Drive and <br /> Foss Road be approved as per plan submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
