-3- Motion 3-Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O 'Connor that Mr. Charles Herman's request to replace and regrade his driveway at 4001 Shamrock Drive be approved, providing the original driveway was disturbed by the paving project 1968-4. Motion carried. It was suggested that street lights on Highcrest Road, Downers Drive and 36th-Ave- nue N.E. be installed at the mid block instead of at the intersection to eliminate one pole at each light installation. The lights to be 10,000 lumen. A street light was authorized one lot off8of the Crestview-Armour Terrace inter- section. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that a street light be authorized for the Armour Terrace and Crestview Drive intersection. Motion carried. After discussion, Councilman Levandowski moved and seconded by Councilman Grouse that the Village membership in the Minnesota League of Municipalities and the Metropolitan Section of the League of Municipalities not be renewed. Voting on the motion: Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Levandowski • Nay: Emond Absent not voting: Dougherty Motion carried. The Mr. Hobo Restaurant sign was discussed at length. Councilman Crouse felt that the Council should take action on the present ordinance or amend it. Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that an additional sign be allowed on the canopy of the Mr. Hobo Restaurant. Voting on the motion: Aye: O'Connor, Levandowski Nay : Crouse, Emond Absent not voting: Dougherty Motion not-carried.
