ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> September 18, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 12:00 o'clock noon. <br /> The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Crouse, Dougherty. <br /> Absent: Emond, Levandowski <br /> Also present : John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution #69-036 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION 69-036 <br /> RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON PRO- <br /> POSED ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> 1968-3, 1968-4; STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br /> 1968-4; SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT 1969-1 <br /> AND SEWER AND WATER SERVICES IMPROVEMENT <br /> 1969-2. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> • Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Dougherty <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Emond, Levandowski <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the meeting <br /> he adjourned. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Villa Clerk <br /> V' lage Manager <br />
