It was understood that blacktopping of the approach from Foss Road <br /> would be done, weather permitting. <br /> Mr. Gordon Hedlund presented plans for a proposed nursing home. After review <br /> of the exhibit presented by the architect, motion by Councilman Emond and seconded <br /> by Councilman.
