-3- <br /> Resolution <br /> 3-Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Councilman Emond introduced Resolution #69-046 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION #69-046 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTAL <br /> ASSESSMENT FOR WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT 1953-1 <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Emond <br /> Nay: Dougherty, Levandowski <br /> Resolution declared adopted per Village Attorney. <br /> Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the hearing <br /> be adjourned to 8:00 o'clock P.M., January 27, 1970 at the St. Anthony High School <br /> to discuss Watermain Improvement 1953-1 more fully. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski, Dougherty <br /> Nay: None <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Duane Miedtke presented the Planning Board Minutes of December 16, 1969. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the plans to <br /> remodel the Standard Station at 37th Avenue N.E. and Silver Lake Road be approved <br /> as recommended by the Planning Board. <br /> � Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the <br /> Village engineer be directed to lay out R/W in relation to existing buildings and <br /> resolve entrance to both ends of Coolidge Street, West of the Foodtown Store. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> lotion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that approval be <br /> given to the 1040 Tax Service sign as requested. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Lt:vandcwski <br /> Nay: Dougherty, Crouse, Emond <br /> Motion not carried. <br />
